1Acceptance of These Terms
By registering an account on PKSlots, accessing the platform or placing any bet or wager, you are confirming that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use PKSlots.
These Terms and Conditions form the complete legal agreement between you and PKSlots. They apply to all areas of the platform including online slots, cricket betting, sports betting, Teen Patti, live casino games, fishing games and all promotional offers. By using any part of the PKSlots platform you are confirming acceptance of these terms in their entirety.

2Account Registration
To use PKSlots you must create a personal account. Registration is free and open to eligible players across Pakistan. When registering you must provide accurate, current and complete information including your full name, mobile number, date of birth and payment details. Providing false information is a serious breach of these terms and may result in immediate account suspension.
One Account Policy
Each person may only hold one active account on PKSlots. Operating multiple accounts – whether in your own name or under a different identity – is strictly prohibited. This applies to members of the same household sharing a single device or payment method. If we identify multiple accounts registered to the same person, all accounts except the first registered will be closed and any balances held in duplicate accounts may be confiscated.
Verification Requirements
PKSlots operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to provide identity verification documents before making withdrawals or at any other time at our discretion. Acceptable documents include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport. 3Account Security
You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your PKSlots login credentials including your password and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. PKSlots will never ask you for your password via any communication channel – by email, live chat, telephone or otherwise. If anyone contacts you claiming to be PKSlots and asks for your password, do not provide it and contact our support team immediately.
All activity that takes place on your account – including bets placed and withdrawals initiated – is considered to have been authorised by you unless you have notified PKSlots in writing of a potential security breach prior to that activity occurring. You must notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person.

4Deposits
All deposits on PKSlots are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion at any stage of the transaction. The minimum deposit is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by PKSlots, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction limits.

Deposits must be made from a payment source registered in your own name. PKSlots does not accept deposits from payment accounts belonging to another person. Deposits made from a third-party account will be returned and the deposit will not be credited to your PKSlots balance.
Failed or Delayed Deposits
In the event that a deposit does not appear in your PKSlots balance within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team with the transaction reference number provided by your payment provider. PKSlots will investigate and resolve any confirmed deposit discrepancy within 24 hours.
PKSlots does not charge fees on deposits. However, your mobile wallet or bank may apply their own transaction charges. Please check with your payment provider before depositing.
5Withdrawals
PKSlots processes all withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees via the same payment methods available for deposits. You may only withdraw to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the name on your PKSlots account.

PKSlots does not charge any fees on withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum withdrawal limit imposed by PKSlots, though very large withdrawals may require additional verification under our KYC process.
Withdrawal Conditions
Before processing a withdrawal, PKSlots may require you to have completed identity verification. If you have claimed a bonus and that bonus carries a wagering requirement, the wagering requirement must be completed before bonus-related funds can be withdrawn. Funds deposited and not yet used for wagering may generally be withdrawn without restriction, subject to standard KYC checks.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus Abuse
PKSlots monitors bonus usage for patterns consistent with abuse, including but not limited to low-risk betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements, using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or misrepresenting information to qualify for a promotion. Where bonus abuse is identified, PKSlots reserves the right to void the bonus, remove associated winnings and restrict the account from future promotional offers.
Welcome bonuses may only be claimed once per person, per household and per device. If you have previously held a PKSlots account under any identity, you are not eligible for new player promotions.
7Betting and Gaming Rules
All bets and gaming activity on PKSlots are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or sports market. These rules are accessible within each game or market interface. The general principles below apply across all gaming categories at PKSlots.
Bet Acceptance
A bet is not confirmed until PKSlots displays a confirmation message and assigns a unique bet reference number. Errors and Technical Faults

8Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on PKSlots. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance held and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable.

10Account Closure
Closure by You
You may close your PKSlots account at any time without penalty by contacting our support team via live chat or email at support@pkslots.best. Before your account is closed, any positive balance remaining will be refunded to your registered payment method. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited on closure.
Closure or Suspension by PKSlots
PKSlots reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion. Circumstances that may lead to account action include but are not limited to: breach of these terms, suspected fraud, chargeback activity, failure to complete identity verification within a required timeframe, or providing false information during registration.
When PKSlots closes an account for breach of these terms, we reserve the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a serious breach such as fraud or money laundering, the balance may be forfeited.
